franchise

His lyrical skills and street way of life gave birth to the name Franchise. At first called Young Chise because of his age when he entered the game, he paved his own way demanding respect and never backing down. Using a broken toilet brush handle and a 1967 SONY TC-100 Recorder, at the age of ten Franchise recorded Bread n Butter - his first heavy hitting Mix tape with hard hitting verses and hilarious skits. His skill circulated throughout his neighborhood in Southern Houston, leading to more performances and songs with local bands. Some frowned upon his songs because he explicitly expressed the life of a 10 year old hustler surviving in a world of pain.
