Former DJ and Engineer, he has been an Award-Winning Music Producer for over two decades, Mr. Beaver is an industry leader in both the corporate broadcast world, and as a technology entrepreneur. On the corporate side, he has worked for XM Satellite Radio as Production Director, NPR as a Syndicated Producer, Virgin Records as an A&R and for Warwick, Baker, O’neill (ad agency) as a Video Editor.
He is best known for his classic DJ break record series “Bare Bones” and “Boomski and Clutch” which have sold over 300,000 copies worldwide, and has also toured the world with numerous bands such as The District Allstars (Billboard Awards, IMWS, Independent Band of the Year). As a long-time Music Producer, his credits include: KRS-ONE, Jay-Z, Wynton Marsalis, Mobb Deep, Lil Wayne, T-Pain, Redman, Doug E. Fresh, Freeway, Ghostface, DMC, Raekwon, Sean Paul, Barrington Levy, Eek-a-Mouse, Mr. Cheeks, Beastie Boys and many others.

Morgan joined the Listen Vision family in June 2013. She brings to the company a background in Music and Audio Engineering, Music Performance, Music Education and Songwriting. She has worked in Private Music Instruction (Piano & Voice), Concert Patron Services (Strathmore Music Center) and has twelve years of experience in Live Sound Reinforcement.
A classically-trained Mezzo-Soprano, Morgan received a Bachelor of Science from Hampton University in May 2009. Her area of study was Music Engineering with a concentration in Vocal Performance.
Sherman A. Moss
Sherman A. Moss is a Virginia raised eclectic personality recently added to the Listen Vision Team. Born in Washington, DC but raised in Virginia, Sherman has always had a passion for music. Recording music and collaborating with Artist from the Mid-Atlantic and Southern Regions of the US since the Age of 15. He has been featured on various Local Virginia Mixtapes and blogs. At the age of 19, he Executive Produced a Music Project that was featured on a Magic Bullet Skateboard Video that featured Professional Skateboarders.
Soon after he attended Bowie State University and eventually graduated with a BFA in Music Technology under the tutelage of Dr. Clarence Knight & Dr. Gilbert E. Pryor Jr. While at Bowie, he made such an impression he was granted a Music Technology Scholarship and made a Lab Moniter and Music Librarian. Live Sound and Theatre Production were fields that he assisted in during his time there as well. Sherman is the ultimate young jack of all trades due to his time gigging around the city as a Guitarist/Songwriter for Progressive Jazz Band “Just Us Just Listen”.
Sherman is not only connected deeply to music but he is connected deeply to Listen Vision Studios. While attending Bowie he had a semester long Internship at the Studio where he garnared a solid knowledge of the industry. He also hosted his own Radio Show on WLVS as an Intern that brought out the likes of Local Artists such as Nooney, Young Moe, and Solo D. Now as an Employee he brings back that dedication and vast knowledge of music and culture to the forefront of the company.

Danny “DanK” landed on this planet in 1980 and has been making music since he was 13 earthling years old. Using an ancient machine called a “tape recorder” and an original Roger Lynn MPC 60, DanK began making noise, influenced heavily by DJ Uneek, Timbaland, Dr. Dre & 90’s R&B. With over 20 years studio experience, Danny DanK has worked with underground legends Copywrite, Weathermen, Jakki da Motamouth to hip hop royalty such as the Wu-Tang Clan, as well as artists all over the country and Planet Earth. Engineer, Producer, Songwriter, Vocalist- G the Mastermind is a rare artist in the music industry. Spending time in the Chicago area and being a graduate of Howard University, G has a unique blend of talents that make him a virtuoso to observe and collaborate with on his rise to stardom.
Similar to the likes of Chicago natives Curtis Mayfield and R. Kelly plus Howard graduates Donnie Hathaway and Kenny Latimore, G (aka Glen Jones) is a total artist. Whether composing, arranging, producing or singing in his engaging falsetto tone – he places a high demand on achieving excellence.
As a producer and audio engineer, G the Mastermind’s credits include working with the likes of Gucci Mane, Rocko, Future, Mobb Deep, Styles P, Shy Glizzy and many more. His ability to blend jazz’s smooth and soulful experimentation with the wild energy of trap music, is at a premium in the music industry and what makes G unique.
His own productions have led to virally successful videos for songs like “Break You Down,” (featuring DC emcee Garvey the Chosen One) which alongside the artist’s other content, have 250,000-plus unique and organic views on popular hip-hop culture video website World Star Hip-Hop. With solid street support and a growing social media presence, he parlayed his development as an artist into opening for one-time Bad Boy Entertainment artist King Los; and has used his enhanced profile to earn a guest spot on a track with Fat Trel, as well as constantly increasing his prowess as one of the top beatmaker/engineers from the DC Metropolitan area.

Tyrone Johnson AKA Commoninterest is one of Marylands/D.C most forward thinking music producers who’s not afraid to break the genre barrier with his progressive EDM/HipHop inspired productions. His unique sound and style has allowed him to win multiple beat battles such as Omega studios battle of the beats 1&2 and Made in the DMV’s Bounce beat beat battle. He’s also a graduate of Omega Studios so he has the technical skills and knowledge to back his craft. He may be young but don’t let baby face fool you. He’s definitely one of are most heavy hitting producers.
With a Broadcast Journalism degree from Bowie State University, this young entrepreneur began DJing in Somerset, NJ in 2006, and specializes in the skills of blend-execution, scratching, juggling, music selection, and crowd control/interaction. By 2012, Freeez had been mentioned in BSU’s Spectrum newspaper, “Talent is on the Rise at BSU”, On The Radar Magazine’s article, “Don’t Sweat The Technique”, and New Jersey’s Courier News community section, “Franklin Dance Team Seeks to Curb Youth Violence.” He started gaining statewide popularity, especially at surrounding universities. By 2014, Freeez was awarded by HBCU Buzz as #4 in the Top HBCU DJ’s in the nation. The following year, in 2015, Washington DC’s 93.9 WKYS picked up DJ Freeez as an on-air talent, and then he toured with Jay IDK as his DJ at SXSW 2016.
Mike Phillipz is a native of Washington, DC. He was Raised in the southeast Capitol Hill neighborhood right across the street from the Navy Yard and the Marine Barracks. As a kid growing up in this neighborhood he heard the sounds of Marine Corps band, the presidents own, and Hines Junior High School and Easton Senior High School bands. He eventually became a top player in his junior high school band and high school play band as a Tuba player/Sousaphone player.
Mike wanted a career in music so he DJ’d at local high schools, colleges and house parties, which led him to start DJ’ing at major clubs such as H2O, Zanzabar, Bar Seven and the famous Republic Gardens, as well as helping build the reputation at Café Asia. As a DJ, Mike Phillipz has spun for the likes of Wale, Tabi Bonney and Kahlil and is the official DJ for Listen Vision’s Engineer/Producer/Artist, G The Mastermind.

Jacob Moss graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Human Geography and French, where he was a DJ for his college radio for four years, going by the name DJ Toast. His interest in Video Journalism led him to briefly work for VICE News in Brooklyn. He is an activist, traveler, photographer, writer, guitarist, and drummer. Born in Westchester, NY, he is from Brooksville, ME, and now lives on Queen St. in Northeast DC.
Jay Vega is a Director, Cinematographer, and Editor who specialize in creative,compelling visual story telling through filmmaking. His work covers music videos, live music events, promotionals, weddings, hi-end fashion events and many other forms of Video Production. With over 10 years of experience in video production and editing, it is his goal to ensure that you receive the highest quality of video production using the latest methods and innovative techniques to create visually stimulating and dynamic video imagery. And now as head of the Video Department for Listen Vision he is committed to their goal of providing superior quality video productions at the highest standard.
